Present Imperfect 
I can still remember, as if it were yesterday, the long, long trip to Birmingham to meet with you and Jamie and the rest of the family to hear the details of the most frightening news we had ever heard. Every tidbit of news we hear now relating to Jack makes me want to jump up and give someone a high five: field goals, extra points, sports page headlines, absconding to Minnesota (what’s with that anyway?).
